AI & Automated Systems

No algorithmic matching
Filltr does not use machine learning to match, rank, or recommend people, and we do not build behavioral profiles of users. Who you see in browse is determined only by the explicit criteria you choose — distance, your filters, and your intention mode. There is no hidden score deciding who appears first.
Support assistant on our website
The chat widget on this website is powered by an open-weight language model (Llama 3.2) that runs on Filltr’s own server in Germany. Your messages to the assistant are processed on our infrastructure and are never sent to third-party AI providers. The widget is not linked to app accounts. The visible “Built with Llama” notice is an attribution required by the model’s license.
Image moderation
Photos uploaded to Filltr are screened by a self-hosted image classifier running on the same servers, to detect content that violates our Community Guidelines. No photo ever leaves our infrastructure for this — we do not use external AI moderation services.
Data used by these systems
The assistant processes only the messages you type into the website widget. Image moderation processes only the photo being uploaded. Neither system builds a profile of you, and neither is used for advertising or ranking.
Your controls
Using the website assistant is entirely optional — every support channel it covers is also reachable by email. Moderation decisions that affect your content or account can be appealed, and manual review is available. You can request data deletion at any time.
Transparency
If we ever introduce new AI-driven features or change how these systems use data, we will say so — significant updates will appear in-app or on this page with a new effective date.
